Job summary

Surbana Jurong Philippines is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support financial results, management reports, and operational dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and Operations to collect and validate data for consolidated reports.

The role covers month-end closures, audit readiness, documentation, and ad hoc analyses. You will help standardize processes, improve reporting accuracy, and communicate clearly with internal clients,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
3–5 years of FP&A, Financial Reporting or related experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting fundamentals.
Advanced Excel skills and data validation expertise.
Experience with ERP/financial reporting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial results, reports, and dashboards for management and compliance.
Coordinate with Finance, FP&A, Operations to collect and validate data for consolidated reports.
Support month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely reporting.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist in audits and data requests.
Contribute to process improvements for reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Support ad hoc analyses and finance initiatives, escalate issues when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with internal clients in a multicultural environment.
