Job summary

iQor is seeking an experienced accounting leader to ensure accurate financial reporting for the Dasmariñas facility. The role requires managing reporting processes, forecasts, and balance sheet integrity while aligning with governance and audit objectives.

The candidate will oversee monthly close cycles, coordinate with Directors, and drive improvements in key financial metrics, contributing to compliance and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
• 3-4 years of accounting/finance experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates financial information, preparing reports and statements for Directors.
• Meets daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly processing/reporting objectives.
• Manages reporting deadlines and cash/balance sheet forecasts.
• Maintains balance sheet integrity through reconciliations.
• Leads Audit and Compliance objectives.
• Targets improvements in key metrics like DSO, DPO, currency exposure, payroll, fixed assets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
