Job summary

IQBackOffice is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst in the Philippines to guide financial decisions by analyzing data and trends. You will support strategic planning and provide insights to improve performance and efficiency.

You will develop models, forecast revenues and costs, prepare reports for senior management, and collaborate with accounting, operations, and marketing to align financial objectives with business strategy. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough financial analysis to support planning and decision-making.
