Job summary

iQor is seeking an accounting professional to compute and prepare data for journal entries, review the general ledger, and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. You will analyze data for accuracy, prepare reconciliations, and contribute to timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Computes and prepares data for journal entries, reviews general ledger and related financial statements for reasonableness.
• Accumulates and analyzes information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports and taxes.
• Assists in preparing financial reports for both inside and outside the company.
• Prepare account reconciliations
• Prepares timely reports and communication with functional areas.
• Trains other employees both within and outside the department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
