The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance, 3+ in SSC or multinational environments, and proficiency in English and Spanish, IFRS/GAAP, and SAP/Oracle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance with 3+ years in SSC or multinational.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency required.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations in the SSC including AP, AR, GL, and reporting.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close.
• Drive process standardization and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policies.
• Manage and develop finance team for high performance.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support internal and external audits with ready documentation.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
