Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a short-term Cost Center Planning and financial process improvement initiative across three manufacturing plants in Mexico. The role involves coordinating SAP Costing / Controlling resources, managing timelines and risks, and collaborating with plant controllers, finance leadership, IT, and other stakeholders.

English is required; Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience within Finance / Controlling environments.
• Good understanding of SAP CO, Cost Center Accounting, product costing, and manufacturing finance processes.
• Experience working directly with finance and accounting teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently and drive activities with minimal supervision.
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP Costing / Controlling resources across multiple plant locations.
• Manage project activities, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Work closely with plant controllers, finance leadership, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate status meetings and ensure actions are followed through to resolution.
• Support coordination of transaction analysis, cost allocation improvements, training, documentation, and hypercare activities.
• Help keep the project on track around month-end close and other key finance deadlines.
