The ideal candidate is a CPA with six years in accounting, proficient in QuickBooks, payroll, and LGU/BIR/SEC rules, and resides in Metro Manila. This position offers a long-term remote work arrangement with accountability and career growth.

Qualifications

• CPA with 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting system.
• Knowledgeable in payroll systems.
• Familiar with LGU, BIR, and SEC compliance.
• Self-motivated, accountable and has good judgment.
• Strategic and target-driven with results focus.
• Must reside in Metro Manila (Makati, Pasig, BGC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare billing and issue to clients after approval.
• Monitor and follow up on collections.
• Ensure BIR compliance by filing periodic returns.
• Liaise on renewal of local permits.
• Process payment requests and issue 2307 forms.
• Participate in month-end closing of books.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and schedules.
• Handle additional duties as required.
