Qualifications

• CPA with at least six years of accounting experience.
• Strong background in taxation and audit.
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting system.
• Knowledgeable in payroll systems.
• Knowledgeable in LGU, BIR, and SEC compliance requirements.
• Self-motivated, accountable with good judgement.
• Strategic and target-driven.
• Experience handling multi-region finance and payroll (India and South Africa preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure BIR compliance by preparing and filing all periodic, quarterly, and annual returns.
• Liaise in the renewal of local permits such as Sanitary Permits and Mayor’s Permits.
• Process payment requests and issue 2307 forms.
• Participate in month-end closing of the company’s books.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other schedules.
• Handle other matters as required by the position.
