Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in NGO sector is a plus.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
• Review monthly financial reports, GL transactions, and expenditure records for errors and compliance.
• Monitor payroll, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax compliance.
• Coordinate audits, donor reviews and compliance assessments.
• Maintain internal controls and policy compliance across the country office.
• Provide financial analysis to support budgeting and decision-making.
• Lead the Finance team and mentor staff for quality outputs.
