Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial analysis, planning and reporting for Supply Chain operations and functions.

You will evaluate CAPEX, develop FP&A plans, monitor cash flow, improve controls, and mentor the team while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy; ladderized programs welcome.
• Preferably CPA or equivalent certification (CMA, CFA, CCSA) or CIA.
• At least 8 years in Finance or Audit with 5 years in supply chain.
• Experience evaluating CAPEX, FP&A, financial reviews, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and advisory for Supply Chain projects.
• Develop financial outlooks, forecasts, and plans aligned with goals.

Job description

The Finance Manager is responsible for financial analysis and advisory, financial outlook planning, financial management and reporting and evaluates and updates control procedures relevant to Supply Chain Operations and Functions.

• Supports Supply Chain projects by evaluating business cases, conducting financial analysis, and developing financial plans and forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Monitors financial performance, prepares reports and forecasts, manages cash flow and receivables, and works with business teams to improve profitability and achieve financial goals.
• Improves finance processes and controls by applying best practices, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient operations.
• Develops and improves customer-focused processes while leading strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and performance targets.
• Leads team development through coaching, mentoring, and financial training, helping employees grow their skills and contribute effectively to business goals.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and other operational guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy; graduates of ladderized programs are also welcome to apply.
• Preferably Certified Public Accountants or equivalent certification program (CMA, CFA, CCSA) OR Certified Internal Auditor.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Finance or Audit with 5 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in managing and evaluating Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reviews, and process improvement related to financial controls and governance.
• Must be willing to work in Sucat, Muntinlupa (Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
