Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting and managing the financial operations of the Company.
• Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies including Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Support internal audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs including telegraphic transfers and foreign currency transactions.
• Review the work of finance staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Mobility to travel may be required for training or business meetings.
• Must be willing to work full time onsite in Ermita, Manila
