WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Strategic business partnership: You take full ownership of our local finance function, acting as a trusted key partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.
• Comprehensive performance steering: You drive all controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and performance steering across our collections and channels.
• Actionable financial insights: You translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support fast and strategic decision-making.
• External partner management: You manage and challenge our external accounting provider in Spain to ensure high‑quality and timely financial reporting.
• Cross-functional interface management: You act as the central link connecting our local business, the Group Finance function, and the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Germany.
• Efficient financial operations: You oversee local liquidity and cash management while building scalable processes, structures, and modern financial controls.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Your Educational Background: You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field that provides you with a deep understanding of corporate finance and controlling structures.
• Your Strengths: You are highly entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and pragmatic. You feel comfortable working independently in a standalone role, love making data‑driven decisions close to the business, and communicate confidently across different functions and cultures.
• Your profile: You bring 5–7 years of experience in finance, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods. You possess a strong controlling background with deep knowledge of margins and inventory, feel at home in fast‑paced environments, have experience with external accounting partners or shared services, and speak fluent Spanish and English (German is a plus).
