The Company

On behalf of a leading international retail group — over 1,800 stores across Europe, €4.1 billion in annual revenue, approximately 18,000 employees — we are looking for an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of 20 stores across the South West Spain.

The context

The role calls for someone able to introduce a professional management culture into a high-potential market, working closely with each store's manager and actively contributing to their development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversight and coordination of 20 stores, each led by a dedicated store manager.
• Monitoring of area KPIs, performance analysis, and implementation of improvement plans.
• Regular field presence and hands‑on support across the stores.
• Coaching and development of local teams, with a long‑term capability‑building mindset.

Candidate profile

• At least 10 years of experience in retail, ideally within a fast fashion or structured multinational environment.
• Strong operational mindset with hands‑on store experience, combined with solid analytical and reporting skills.
• Good command of English.
• Residence within the area is preferred but not required. No continuous presence at head office is expected.
