Dempsey Resource Management seeks an Accounting Head for our Makati office to lead the finance function, oversee accounting records, and ensure timely, accurate reporting that informs planning and decision-making.

You will supervise daily operations of the Accounting Department, enforce proper methods and policies, and drive the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and government compliance reports. This role requires strong leadership and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accounting processes and generate reliable information from records for planning and decision-making.
• Oversee settlement processes and ensure reliable information for service delivery to Subscribers.
• Manage daily operations of the Accounting Department and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
