Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment Philippines is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join the Divisional Finance team in Manila. This role blends FP&A and accounting to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business partnering across corporate operations.

You will build scalable models, analyse monthly results, and prepare narratives for senior leaders, while driving process improvements, controls and data-driven decisions across real estate, facilities and related projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple divisions.
• Strong financial reporting skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven track record in partnering with senior leaders to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable financial models and templates for P&L reporting.
• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly analyses.
• Oversee rent allocation budgeting and monthly chargebacks.
• Analyze results, explain variances, and prepare narratives for leadership.
• Support decision making with scenario analysis and cost-benefit studies.
