Sony Pictures Entertainment Philippines is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join the Divisional Finance team in Manila. This role blends FP&A and accounting to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business partnering across corporate operations.
You will build scalable models, analyse monthly results, and prepare narratives for senior leaders, while driving process improvements, controls and data-driven decisions across real estate, facilities and related projects.
Permanent night shift – 12:00am to 9:00am Manila time
The Divisional Finance organization at Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) provides business support and partnership across finance related matters. The team ensures strong financial discipline, high-quality analysis and clear insights are in place to support decision making across each division and SPE in achieving its goals and objectives.
We are looking for a well-rounded finance professional with a strong foundation in both FP&A and accounting, and greater depth in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business partnering.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, you will support financial planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision making across corporate operations, including facilities and related capital initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have hands-on experience and a strong track record in financial reporting and analysis, scalable financial modelling, process improvement, and partnership with senior operational and finance leaders. You will also demonstrate excellent critical thinking, analytical, collaboration, presentation, & communication skills.
This role requires working a permanent night shift to support U.S. business hours (12am to 9am Manila time). Candidates must be comfortable and able to work this schedule on an ongoing basis.
