Job summary

PHP Philippines Hydro Project, Inc., part of the global ANDRITZ Group, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, taxation, and reporting. You will provide insights to support profitability and work with management, auditors, and the Board.

This role requires strong IFRS knowledge, SAP/Oracle or similar ERP experience, and the ability to consolidate multi-entity financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance is required.
• MBA or CPA is preferred for advanced qualifications.
• Experience with IFRS and project accounting is advantageous.
• Proven ability to consolidate group financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate audits, tax declarations, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and liquidity planning.
• Implement cost control and variance analysis to improve profitability.
• Liaise with management, auditors, and board for financial insights.
• Lead ERP upgrades and ensure strong internal controls.
