Job summary

Hongheng Construction Group (Phils.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the company’s accounting and financial management for our Solar Renewable Energy and Construction operations in the Philippines.

The role requires strong technical accounting skills, hands-on project costing, and expertise in Philippine tax regulations, ensuring accurate reporting and robust financial controls. You will oversee GL, payroll, statutory compliance, cash flow, and internal controls while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
CPA license in the Philippines is strongly preferred but not required.
5–8 years progressive accounting experience with supervisory/managerial exposure.
Experience in construction/engineering or project-based industries.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PFRS) and taxation.
Hands-on experience with project costing, budgeting, and cost-to-complete analysis.
Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, government computations, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and analyses.
Maintain books in accordance with PFRS and implement internal controls.
Oversee project costing for solar EPC, renewables, and construction projects; monitor budgets and CPAs.
