Job summary

Andritz AG is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, taxation and reporting. The role collaborates with management, auditors, and the Board to ensure financial integrity and drive sustainable performance.

The candidate will consolidate financials across entities, manage audits, and coordinate IFRS-compliant reporting. A CPA and MBA are advantageous; 5–8 years in Finance with 3+ years in leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience in EPC/construction, renewable energy, or hydropower preferred.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of POC/percentage-of-completion accounting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, IFRS, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Lead treasury, cash flow planning, and banking relationships.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with management.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and profitability.
