Job summary

Reap, a global fintech, seeks an accounting professional in the Philippines to own end-to-end financial reporting for a designated business line. You will drive the month-end close, manage journal entries, reconciliations, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and IFRS compliance for multi-currency transactions.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent, strong IFRS knowledge, SQL proficiency, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent with 4–7 years in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to apply standards to complex transactions.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort with large datasets across systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and month-end close processes.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Strong written and spoken English; clear process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting for a designated business line.
• Drive monthly close process including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Build and maintain reconciliations between source data and GL.
• Develop and automate reporting workflows using SQL and data tools.
• Ensure revenue recognition and cost allocation under IFRS, multi-currency.
• Prepare management reports and variance analyses for leadership.
• Support audits and regulatory requirements with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and FP&A to align reporting with business changes.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOPs for reporting processes.
