The role requires CPA with 5+ years in AP, treasury, and auditing, plus strong Excel and ERP skills. You will collaborate with auditors, drive automation, and manage stakeholder expectations in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Must be CPA with current license.
• At least 5 years of experience in AP, treasury, or accounting management.
• Experience in auditing from audits firm or corporate.
• Proven track record handling both AP and treasury for 5+ years.
• Strong financial controls, compliance, cash management and reporting.
• Proficient in ERP and accounting software; advanced Excel.

About the role

We are seeking a highly competent, self-leader and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Treasury Manager (CPA) to lead our accounts payable and treasury operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong foundation in auditing, financial controls, cash management, and vendor payment operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of obligations.

• Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.

• Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls and financial governance processes.

• Review and approve payment transactions, disbursements, and vendor reconciliations.

• Monitor cash position and provide recommendations to optimize working capital.

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities related to payables and treasury accounts.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit requirements.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives.

• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and treasury performance updates.

About you

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Finance, or Accounting Management.

• Prior audit experience gained from a reputable audit firm or corporate environment.

• Proven experience performing both accounts payable and treasury functions for at least five (5) years.

• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, cash management, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in accounting systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.
