Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a highly competent Accounts Payable and Treasury Manager (CPA) to lead our payables and treasury operations while working remotely. You will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across processes, controls, and reporting.

The role requires CPA with 5+ years in AP, treasury, and auditing, plus strong Excel and ERP skills. You will collaborate with auditors, drive automation, and manage stakeholder expectations in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Must be CPA with current license.
• At least 5 years of experience in AP, treasury, or accounting management.
• Experience in auditing from audits firm or corporate.
• Proven track record handling both AP and treasury for 5+ years.
• Strong financial controls, compliance, cash management and reporting.
• Proficient in ERP and accounting software; advanced Excel.
• Visible leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes.
• Manage treasury: cash flow forecasting, liquidity, banking relationships.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and governance.
• Review and approve payments, disbursements, vendor reconciliations.
• Monitor cash position and advise on working capital.
• Lead month-end and year-end closings for payables and treasury.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audits.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation.
• Prepare management reports and treasury performance updates.
