Conveying and Packaging Co., Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen our financial operations and guide business decisions with sound analysis.

You will lead day-to-day finance, oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, and translate numbers into actionable insights for leadership. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years in finance, CPA preferred, and strong MS Excel skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who can explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
• Integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including month-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and management reports.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, and track performance against plan.
• Oversee cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, and improve finance processes and systems.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors.
• Supervise and develop finance staff.
• Partner with department heads to provide financial analysis for key decisions.
