Job summary

KCC Malls is seeking a Finance Supervisor/Manager to lead budgeting, financial planning, and budget performance monitoring. You will collect, analyze, and interpret accounting data to support accurate budget preparation and financial reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. CPA is preferred; non-CPAs need 2–3 years of relevant experience. Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• CPA preferred
• Non-CPA candidates must have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• For Manager-level consideration: prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage
