We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, financial controls, and receivables. The successful candidate will help ensure financial stability, maintain strong banking relationships, and support business growth through effective financial planning and risk management.

The role will also involve leading finance teams, improving financial processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Treasury and Cash Flow Management

• Oversee daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Manage bank accounts, treasury controls, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
• Improve payment processes, treasury systems, and the management of surplus funds.

Financial Reporting and Controls

• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of treasury transactions, cash movements, and intercompany transfers.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury and cash accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and banking covenants.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and effective financial controls.
• Monitor the accuracy of cash and receivables reporting.

Financial Planning and Strategy

• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and financial stability.
• Provide recommendations on working capital management, capital structure, and funding requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury operations, financial reporting, and overall process efficiency.

Team Leadership

• Lead and support finance supervisors and team members handling billing and collection, cash management, and related functions.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient finance operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in treasury management, accounting, liquidity management, financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow control.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and financial risk management.
• Experience managing banking relationships and familiarity with banking covenants.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to monitor financial market developments and business risks.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu Cityand travel to Manila for business meetings.
