Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee treasury operations, cash flow planning, liquidity management, and banking relationships. The role requires hands-on leadership of the finance team and collaboration with other departments.

You will drive financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, and the development of budgets, forecasts, and funding plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or related financial management roles.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial controls.
• Experience managing banking relationships and banking facilities.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City and travel to Manila as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, liquidity, and banking relationships.
• Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and funding plans.
• Monitor financial risks and provide recommendations on working capital and funding requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes, systems, and reporting accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Lead and develop the Finance team while fostering collaboration across departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational objectives.
