About the role

As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's continued growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities while ensuring the organization maintains strong financial controls and meets all regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

A recognized accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional certification)

• Minimum 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in a financial management or controllership role within a medium to large organization




• Strong proficiency in financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting




• Demonstrated experience with accounting software systems and financial management tools; knowledge of ERP systems is desirable




• Solid understanding of tax compliance, payroll management and statutory reporting requirements




• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly




• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a finance team effectively




• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders




• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records




• Experience in a service-based or technology-driven industry is advantageous
