Overseeing operational workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Driving a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring and accountability.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and professional development of local staff.

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams across operations, administration and finance.
Previous experience managing or overseeing Accounts teams.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, financial controls and cash flow management.

Experience within education, training or EdTech will be highly regarded, although not essential.
Join a growing international organisation with genuine career progression opportunities.
Lead an experienced and supportive local team.
Work closely with global leadership and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
Be empowered to improve systems, processes and the way we operate.
Competitive salary with opportunities for professional growth.
If you're an experienced leader who understands finance, enjoys developing people and thrives on improving the way businesses operate, we'd love to hear from you.
