Job summary

King Properties in Cebu City, Philippines seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial accounting, GL, month-end close and internal controls. You will supervise external compliance activities with BIR, SEC, SSS, HDMF and PHIC, coordinate cash management, and prepare reports for senior management.

The role requires a CPA, at least 3 years in a managerial role, and exposure to real estate. You will drive timely audits, ensure accurate balance sheets, and lead cross-functional teams to

• Minimum of 3 years experience in managerial role.
• Licensed CPA is an advantage.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Superior problem solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide actionable feedback.

Job Qualifications:
