Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements and management reports.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll accounting.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, DOLE-related payroll requirements, and other applicable government regulations.
• Monitor tax filings, financial obligations, and statutory contributions.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis and recommend cost-control measures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the accounting team.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
