Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an Assistant General Manager – R2R to lead financial reporting, closing, and regulatory processes. The role reports to AVP Finance and requires a CA qualification with at least five years of experience. You will work across finance teams to ensure accurate statements and robust governance.

You will liaise with auditors, support tax and regulatory activities, and drive improvements in ERP systems and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and close processes.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet, P&L, notes to accounts, and financial disclosures.
• Experience coordinating audits with statutory/internal auditors and closing cycles.
• Familiarity with IND AS and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize financial statements with robust controls.
• Review P&L, balance sheets, notes, and disclosures for accuracy.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, year-end closures and governance checks.
• Liaise with auditors to close observations and provide supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with tax teams to support assessments and notices.
• Provide accounting guidance and drive ERP/process improvements.
