The role requires 12–15 years in operational and commercial finance, strong corporate finance knowledge, and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 12-15 years of experience in operational and commercial finance.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and strategic planning.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen.
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of statutory and management financial reports.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Analyze financial data and provide insights, recommendations, and financial advice to management.
Monitor budgets, funding projections, and financial requirements for special projects.
Oversee cash receipts and disbursements to support the Company's business and investment needs.
Oversee tax-related activities in coordination with the Tax and Legal teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement of accounting policies, processes, and practices.
