Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate taxation and regulatory compliance with external advisors.
• Manage external audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, controls, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop the Accounting and Finance team; collaborate with Management.
