Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a Finance / Expense Reporting Analyst in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The role focuses on expense reporting, financial analysis, dashboards, and insights to drive decisions.

The ideal candidate has a background in financial reporting and data analysis, with Navan experience preferred and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Training is onsite, followed by a hybrid setup and night shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting Technology, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in Expense Reporting, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with Navan or similar expense platforms is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Power BI experience for reporting and dashboards is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa during training; night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer the expense management platform (Navan), including user setup and data integration.
• Prepare and analyze expense and financial reports and dashboards.
• Develop reports to monitor expenses, budgets, compliance, and KPIs.
• Review expense data for discrepancies and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure correct expense coding and regulatory compliance.
• Identify spending trends and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Create visual dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Handle large datasets ensuring accuracy and quality of reports.
• Suggest process improvements to boost reporting efficiency.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance / Expense Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing expense reporting, financial analysis, reporting dashboards, and business insights to support operational and financial decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial reporting, expense management, data analysis, and reporting tools. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the expense management platform (Navan), including user administration, system configuration, and data integration.
• Prepare and analyze expense reports, financial reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Develop reports to monitor expense trends, budget utilization, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Review expense data to identify discrepancies, policy violations, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate expense coding and regulatory compliance.
• Identify spending trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Handle large datasets while maintaining data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and system performance.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Expense Reporting, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with Navan or similar expense management platforms (SAP Concur, Expensify, Oracle NetSuite, Workday Expense, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience handling large datasets and reporting backlogs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa during the first 60–90 days of training.
• Must be amenable to a Monday to Friday Night Shift schedule.
