POSITION TITLE: Finance Analyst

WORK SETUP: Night Shift

SALARY: 40k to 45k PHP

Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Act as the primary Navan Admin, managing configurations, user permissions, and ensuring seamless data integration with financial systems.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to track expense trends, compliance metrics, and budget utilization for Finance and Leadership.
• Audit & Compliance: Monitor data for discrepancies or policy violations; collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate expense coding and regulatory adherence.
• Strategic Insights: Identify spending patterns and outliers, providing actionable data to support management and talent team decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Stay current on Navan best practices and recommend system enhancements to increase reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualification:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Analytics, or any related field.
• Must have at least 1 years of work experience in expense reporting, financial analysis, or similar role.
• Experience with Navan (or similar expense management platforms) strongly preferred or Concur, and/or NetSuite system experience is okay.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skill; experience in BI tools a plus.
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa on a night shift schedule.
