Job summary

ADEC Innovations, headquartered in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Expense Reporting Analyst to join our finance team and manage Navan expense processes.

You will develop dashboards, analyze expense data, and support leadership with budgeting insights. The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI, and onsite night shifts in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Analytics, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in expense reporting, financial analysis, or similar role.
• Experience with Navan (or similar expense management platforms) strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skill; Power BI tools a plus.
• Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Navan Admin, managing configurations, user permissions, and ensuring seamless data integration with financial systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track expense trends, compliance metrics, and budget utilization for Finance and Leadership.
• Monitor data for discrepancies or policy violations; collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate expense coding and regulatory adherence.
• Identify spending patterns and outliers, providing actionable data to support management and talent team decision-making.
• Stay current on Navan best practices and recommend system enhancements to increase reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
