You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance with BIR and SEC, and partner with departmental leaders to support growth through disciplined financial management.

We're looking for a Finance Manager to oversee our company\'s financial planning, reporting, and budgeting. In this role, you\'ll help ensure the business stays financially healthy by providing accurate financial reports, managing budgets, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You\'ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective financial management.
Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or a similar role, with experience leading a team.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Familiarity with Philippine financial regulations, including BIR, SEC, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Lead the company\'s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and oversee the month-end and year-end closing process.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Manage cash flow, financial risks, and funding requirements to support the company\'s growth and operations.
Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory reporting requirements while maintaining effective internal controls.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions on audits, financing, and other financial matters.
Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, cost management, headcount planning, and organizational initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
