Easmed in Pasig City is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance. The role is hands-on and requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information and compliant processes.

You will maintain the general ledger, prepare financial reports, and support management with analysis while handling regulatory requirements and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, hands-on preferred.
• Strong payroll processing and statutory compliance knowledge in the Philippines.
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules
• Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), statutory requirements, and internal policies
• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, commissions, allowances, deductions, and other employee payments
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of statutory contributions and government remittances
• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory filings to relevant government authorities
• Handle VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other applicable tax requirements
• Manage the processing and recording of vendor invoices and payments
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support internal and external audit activities and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, payroll, tax and statutory compliance, accounts payable and receivable, and general corporate administration. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely and compliant financial processes, and supporting management with financial information and analysis. The successful candidate will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders on accounting, payroll, tax, audit, and regulatory matters. This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced finance professional who is comfortable managing a broad range of accounting and administrative responsibilities independently.

About you

• Good analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
