Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger management, and preparation of management accounts and statutory statements.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, local tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience implementing and maintaining internal controls, risk management practices, and process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet tools and financial software; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are preferred.
• Relevant experience in a finance management or senior accounting role, ideally within professional services or consulting.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 10 years of finance experience, preferably with 3 years of public accounting/auditing experience from the manufacturing sector.


• 2.Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, is a must.


• 3.Strong knowledge of the accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and financial statement and management reporting preparation


• 4.Strong technical knowledge of taxation regulations


• 5.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• 6.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Excel) and experience in ERP.
