Batangueño Port Services Inc in Batangas City is seeking a Finance Manager to lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will ensure regulatory compliance and drive timely, data‑driven decisions across the company.

Responsibilities include supervising the Finance team, managing cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, audits, and internal controls, and collaborating with Operations, HR, Procurement, banks and auditors to strengthen efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting with a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management and internal controls.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and company financial performance.
• Supervise and mentor the Finance team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
