Job summary

Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager in Balanga, Balanga, Philippines to lead the Finance Department and ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient credit and collection management. You will coordinate with Head Office to submit timely reports and align across departments for streamlined processes.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a CPA or MBA is an advantage, and a minimum of five years in a Finance

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• CPA or MBA is an advantage.
• Incumbent will be assigned in Balanga, Balanga, Bataan.

Job description

The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient credit and collection management. The role ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and Group Management standards.

The Financial Manager is also responsible for maintaining effective communication and coordination with the Head Office by ensuring timely submission of required reports, proactive follow-up on operational and financial concerns, and alignment across departments to support streamlined processes and improved organizational efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
