Job summary

BAI Finance Group of Companies seeks an Accounting Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department in Batangas city. You will ensure accuracy of financial records and lead the accounting team to support the financial health of the company, reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities include month-end and year-end reporting, tax compliance and audits, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement, and staff supervision and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervising or leading an accounting team.
• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: lead month-end and year-end close and deliver accurate reports to management and regulators.
• Compliance and audit: ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors.
• Budgeting and forecasting: lead budgets with department heads and monitor expenditures.
• Process improvement: identify inefficiencies and streamline routine tasks.
• Team leadership: supervise, train and mentor accounting staff.
