Job summary

Travel with the Grooves, Inc. (RIMOWA PH) seeks a Finance Director to lead the finance function in the Philippines. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic planning and financial performance.

This role requires strong FP&A, accounting, treasury, and compliance expertise within a multi-entity setup, preferably in luxury or global brands, plus ERP rollout experience to support growth in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership with multi-entity regional experience

• Collaborate with division leaders, country heads and boards
• Retail, luxury, or global brands experience preferred

The Finance Director serves as the senior financial leader and a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing the full spectrum of financial management for RIMOWA PH. This includes planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, compliance, and systems governance. The role plays a critical part in shaping the brand’s financial direction and enabling its long-term growth in the market.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and long-term financial planning
• Lead financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee accounting, general ledger, administration, and operational finance
• Manage financial governance, policies, and stakeholder relations
• Drive administrative, legal, and systems compliance and optimization

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading finance in a multi-entity, regional, or multinational organization
• Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting, treasury, and compliance
• Demonstrated executive-level financial judgment and decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively with division leaders, country heads, and boards
• Experience in retail, luxury, or global brands is highly preferred
• Exposure to ERP implementation or system rollout is a strong advantage
