Job summary

Travel with the Grooves, Inc. (RIMOWA PH) seeks a Finance Director to lead the finance function in the Philippines. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic planning and financial performance.

This role requires strong FP&A, accounting, treasury, and compliance expertise within a multi-entity setup, preferably in luxury or global brands, plus ERP rollout experience to support growth in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership with multi-entity regional experience
• Strong FP&A, accounting, treasury and compliance expertise
• Executive-level financial judgment and decision-making
• Collaborate with division leaders, country heads and boards
• Retail, luxury, or global brands experience preferred
• ERP implementation or system rollout experience is a plus
