Gran Toro Oro Trading Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the integrity of the R2R cycle, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering with senior leadership.

Reporting to the CFO, you will manage monthly and annual close, ensure compliance with PFRS/GAAP, and lead a team across GL, Tax, Treasury, and Inventory. Strong ERP/WMS experience and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of progressive financial close, reporting, and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/GAAP, local tax codes, and inventory/cost accounting.
• Proven background with ERP platforms, WMS integrations, advanced Excel, and BI tools.
• Strong leadership, high integrity, and excellent strategic communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in accountancy; CPA preferred.

• Maintain internal control governance (DOA, SOD, RBAC).

About the role

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance Manager is accountable for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the company's R2R cycle, financial reporting, and internal control environment, while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full monthly/yearly close calendar, subledger reconciliations, and landed cost/inventory accounting.
• Maintain internal control governance (DOA, SOD, RBAC).
• Oversee ERP configuration and integration across WMS, banking, payroll, and e-commerce platforms.
• Lead, coach, and build succession plans for accounting staff across GL, Tax, Treasury, and Inventory.
