You will collaborate with operations and management, translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations while leveraging ERP and BI tools to unlock value.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A and performance analysis experience.
• Ability to connect financial results with business performance.
• MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with an assigned business unit, building an active partnership with both operations and management. The role provides real-time financial support and analysis, serves as a trusted adviser, and delivers insights that support sound business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser to the assigned BU, helping shape strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Own end-to-end performance analysis, identifying growth drivers, margin opportunities, and risks and translating insights into action
• Lead high-impact discussions with senior stakeholders and challenge decisions through data-backed insights
• Translate complex financial and business data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
• Leverage advanced analytics to unlock value from data
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for analysis and recommendations
• Operate with flexibility and step beyond the usual scope when business requirements demand it

About you

• Strong Finance background with proven experience in FP&A, performance analysis, and/or Finance Business Partnering
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is an advantage
• Proven ability to connect financial results with business performance and influence business decisions
• Strong analytical capability with a bias for action and impact
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools is preferred
• Strong ownership mindset—driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Flexible and able to deliver during peak business periods
• Comfortable working fully onsite and closely with business stakeholders
