Job summary

Watsons Philippines is seeking a Finance Business Partner who will work closely with a business unit to create a real-time partnership with operations and management. The role focuses on providing real-time support and analysis, acting as a trusted adviser to add value for decision making.

You will lead end-to-end performance analysis, identify growth drivers, margin opportunities and risks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A and performance analysis.
• Ability to link financials to business performance and influence decisions.
• Strong analytical capability with a bias for action and impact.
• Advanced Excel; ERP/BI tools preferred.
