Job summary

HSBC's Global Service Center in Mexico City seeks an experienced Business Manager, Finance to support monthly forecasting, headcount governance and cost management across the Americas. You will partner with Senior Management to deliver decision-ready MI, dashboards and robust challenge processes.

The role covers SRO/ATO responsibilities, transfer pricing controls, regulatory pack integration, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR and operations to drive disciplined financial

Qualifications

• Experience supporting monthly MI/reporting cycles (actuals/forecast), producing leadership-ready analysis and pack components.
• Strong Excel capability (reconciliations, pivots, structured analysis); comfortable producing clear PowerPoint materials.
• Experience working with Change the bank processes and artefacts.
• Solid understanding of HSBC Mexico regulatory approval process; strong organization skills: timeline management, action tracking, dependency management.
• Clear written communication and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to workforce/headcount governance processes and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly MI reporting cycles and prepare analysis to support leadership packs.
• Coordinate headcount movements and approval workflows with HR/Finance stakeholders.
• Maintain governance trackers and ensure timely progress through decision points.
• Validate workforce data in planning tools and reconcile with forecast/actuals.
• Draft material for approvals and support regulatory and governance submissions.
• Support SRO/ATO lead with documentation and routine reporting.
