Job summary

HSBC Global Service Center Mexico is seeking a Manager for Business Continuity and Incident Management (BCIM) to plan, coordinate, and implement BCIM activities across all departments. You will ensure end-to-end continuity, coordinate with Region, Senior Management, and Business, and manage audits, governance, and risk requirements to sustain operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in BCIM, fluency in English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity and Incident Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single, primary point of contact for the BCIM team across entities.
• Lead the implementation of BCIM standards, initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with BC Champions through regular meetings.
• Implement and operate the Incident Management framework for business recovery.
• Coordinate robust testing across Business and Functions in line with schedule.
• Ensure BC Plans meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support business areas as SME on BCIM topics.
• Deliver BCIM training and awareness in GSC MX.
