Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with office applications.

About the role

As a Finance Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial accounting and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This position is instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting the broader finance function of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Recording and posting financial transactions to the general ledger with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
• Preparing and processing invoices, expense reports and other financial documents in a timely manner
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
